Quick Start Here’s a quick guide to get you started! Body Breaker is an excellent exercise game that promotes physical fitness and health awareness activities. It is the new healthy fun that society has been waiting for. It is intense, electrifying, energetic, challenging and it will get you pumped. 1) At the start of the game Players will receive and retain ten energy bar cards. 2) Players will select a difficulty level of game play from level 1-3. 3) The level of difficulty will determine how long a player will have to perform a workout. 4) Each player will choose one of the six figurines to play the game. 5) Players must move about the board game by rolling the dice, and move his/her figurine the number of spaces shown on the dice. 6) The space that the figurine lands on the game board will determine the workout that player must perform, i.e., if the player lands on the space that requires 10 pushups, he/she must perform that workout. 7) When a player lands on an unoccupied gym he/she can choose to draw a B.Q. game card for the purpose of retaining a gym certificate for that gym. 8) In order to determine the winner of the game, the last player to obtain his/her energy bar cards, is the winner also know as the Body Breaker.
